特徴 Features

• 3Dプリンタ初心者の方のために、練習用として小さな部品、壊れやすい部品は計2セット同梱しています（練習用のパーツはサポートが割れている等のB級品が梱包されている場合があります）。
• 底面には3Dプリンタ特有のサポートが多数あるため丁寧な作業が必要です。また、レジンは一般のプラモデルの素材と比較し欠けやすいため、サポートの除去は薄刃ニッパー等で丁寧な除去が必要となります。
• モノクロ12Kの高解像度3Dプリンタに、有名メーカーの水洗いレジンを使用して出力しています。
• 丁寧に専用機材を使用しきちんと2次硬化を行っています。3Dプリンタ製品にありがちなべたつき等はありません。

1/72 グリレK フルインテリアキット [3Dプリンタ出力品]のパーツ構成を解説します。いくつかのパーツは、壊してしまったときのために予備が入っています（梱包ミスではありません）。

それぞれのパーツを、組み立てる前に全て塗装します。その後、各パーツを組み立てます。

 

素材がレジンであるため、事前にサフェーサーを塗布することをお勧めします。

エンジンルームパネルは接着しません。滑り込ませるように配置します。

転輪の組立て Assembling the wheels

 

 

 

転輪の後部を、車体の三角形のブロックに合わせて接着します。
Align the rear of the road wheel with the triangular block on the body.

 

 

履帯の組立て Assembling the Tracks

トップパネルは接着しません。

砲弾の組立て Assembling the Shells

 

長い砲弾が榴弾、短い砲弾が徹甲弾です。
Longer shells are HE, shorter shells are AP.

 

砲弾は接着しません。押し込むだけで固定されます。一度組み込むと砲弾を外すことは難しいので、頻繁な脱着はしないで済むようにしてください。
The shells are not glued. They are fixed by simply pushing them in. Once installed, it is difficult to remove the shells, so try not to remove them frequently.

手法を車体に組み込む際は、丁寧に捻りながら差し込む必要があります。動画を見ながら作業してください。力を一切加える必要はありません。破損に十分に注意しながら作業してください。
When installing this method into the vehicle, you need to insert it by twisting it carefully. Please work while watching the video. There is no need to apply any force. Work carefully to avoid damage.

パーツ下面のふくらみについて About the bulge on the bottom of the parts

 

弊社の製品は可能な限り正しい寸法で印刷できるよう、最大限の注意を払っています。しかし、光造形式3Dプリンタの特性上、どうしても部品の下面はふくらみが残ります。

 

例えば「4:ドライブシャフト」では、以下の画像の赤い部分が膨らんでしまっています。

 

大変お手数をおかけいたしますが、この赤い個所は板ヤスリ等を使用し、正しい面を出して頂けますようよろしくお願いいたします。

 

We take the utmost care to ensure that our products are printed with the most correct dimensions possible. However, due to the characteristics of optical 3D printers, the underside of the parts will inevitably remain bulged.

 

For example, in "4: Drive Shaft", the red part in the following image is bulged.

 

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you please use a board file or similar tool to correct this red area.

 

 

履帯のサポートの除去方法　Track support removal method

 

履帯が細いため、1/72に縮小した本キットにおいてとても破損しやすいパーツです。サポートを除去するためにはコツが必要です。

 

The thin tracks, which are easily damaged in this kit, which has been scaled down to 1/72. There is a trick to removing supports.

 

履帯パーツの赤い部分を、ニッパーで切り取ります。

 

Cut off the red part of the track part with a side cutter.

 

 

 

直線部分のサポートを折り曲げるようにしながら履帯から取り外します。工具は使用しません。

 

Bend the support on the straight part and remove it from the track. No tools are used.

 

 

 

曲線部分のサポートは、ニッパーで切り取ります。

 

Cut out curved supports with side cutters.

 

 

これで履帯のサポートは除去できました。履帯はとても破損しやすいので、細心の注意を払ってください。

 

The track support has now been removed. The tracks are very fragile, so be very careful.
